The reason you see my kids doing THIS....
IS because they do this everyday. They wake up at 4:45. A.M. that is to run 6 miles a day! They are on the Highland cross country team together. They really enjoy doing sports together and it is so fun for them to be on the same team. As you can tell from these pictures they are hard to tell apart, everyone on the team thinks they are twins!
They are truly flying! It was hard to catch a picture with their feet on the ground. It is fun to watch them race and work towards a goal of beating their personal best each time.

Ha,ha! I think Jill will love this as much as I do-since both of our alarm clocks are set for around the same time! Wish we could run together. I'm sure I could keep up with you guys....:):) However, I get an extra 10 seconds per year, ( that i'm older then you,) per mile to make it close!!

I totally feel your kids pain...I did cross country at Mt View and those runs just killed me! The pay of though is you are in the best shape of your life so I had a love/hate relationship with the sport.
AWESOME how great they are doing this together we must be a running family we will have to have a whiting buhrley,heaps race, that would be so fun, great job boys love you
